and feel better knowing who you are dealing with. Repatoo is a service where all of your feedback at auction/merchant sites are displayed on one page for convenience for buyers and sellers to do business with you in a trusted environment.


Payment

I will NOT accept [paper] personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks due to the consistent fraud occurring with these methods.

I only accept RME [a.k.a Revolution Money Exchange], Paypal, Alertpay, Amazon Payments [a.k.a. Amazon Simple Pay], Moneybookers, Obopay and Google Checkout payments. They all accept credit cards and echecks [short for electronic check].

If I haven't received payment within three days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale, notify Ecrater of a deadbeat buyer [so that Ecrater can warn other sellers to beware] and relist the item so that other potential buyers have the opportunity to purchase the item.


Shipping

Please note that I have absolutely no control over the way the shipping matrix on Ecrater works. I know the weight displayed on some of the items is wrong. Please note that the shipping price does not mean faster service. For items that appear to be "low" in price, the shipping price makes up for what I would normally charge for items.

I ship orders out within 2 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped using USPS, as it's the only service near me.

International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duty, VAT or other fees levied by the governments of their respective countries of residence. Please make sure you know what the import regulations for your country are before making a purchase.


Refunds and Exchanges

NO returns or refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Make sure that you really want the earrings BEFORE you purchase them. NO returns or refunds for any of the herbal items in my store.

For all other items, if you're not happy with your purchase, please let me know within 5 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it for a refund. I will issue the refund once I get the item back, minus shipping and handling fees, or any taxes, duty, VAT or other fees levied by the government of your country of residence.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer, as are any export fees, duties, or taxes that may be levied by his or her country of residence.

All items must be returned packed the same way they were shipped. They must also be returned in original, resaleable, and undamaged condition. If they aren't, I reserve the right to cancel the refund and file a bad buyer report with Ecrater.


Leaving Feedback

You receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time payment was made and you receive that email again about 20 days later. You must have the link in the email in order to leave feedback. Keep in mind that MANY mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder--IF they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails. If you have any problems trying to leave feedback, contact me.


Consignment Options

I am happy to do a consignment with anyone who has items, but doesn't have the means or know how to market them. Contact me to discuss possibilities.
